INTERNATIONAL PATIENTS

Your dental journey.
Thoughtfully planned.

From your first question to your return home, understand the clinical and practical steps of dental treatment in Istanbul.

SEVEN STEPS

A clear path through your care.

01

Contact Hospitali

Tell us which dental concern you want to discuss and how you prefer to be contacted.

02

Share relevant information

The team explains what is needed for an initial discussion and how any dental records should be shared securely.

03

Discuss assessment

Understand what can be discussed remotely and what requires an examination in Istanbul.

04

Review your proposal

Check treatment options, materials, clinical stages, costs and the practical terms before making commitments.

05

Plan your travel

Coordinate appointments, accommodation and transfers around the proposed schedule. Keep flexibility for clinical changes.

06

Attend treatment and review

Your in-person assessment confirms the plan. Discuss any changes and consent before treatment begins.

07

Return with an aftercare plan

Know your cleaning instructions, review arrangements, treatment records and contact route after returning home.

TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATION

Let your treatment plan
set the itinerary.

01

Airport transfers

Coordinate arrival and departure journeys with the patient team. Confirm pickup instructions and how to communicate if a flight changes.

02

Accommodation support

Review suitable hotel arrangements, the length of stay and any companion needs. Confirm the services included in your written proposal.

03

Clinic appointments

Keep appointment times central to your schedule. Treatment, recovery and reviews may leave less time for sightseeing than expected.

04

Language support

Tell the team which language you prefer. Ensure clinical explanations and consent are understood before treatment.

05

Return visits

Implant or complex restorative care can involve separate stages. Discuss the likely need for another visit before booking.

06

Your travel documents

Check entry requirements with the relevant official authorities and discuss travel insurance for planned dental treatment with your insurer.

BEFORE BOOKING

Five details to settle.

A remote conversation helps you explore options, but it cannot replace the in-person examination. Keep the difference between a preliminary proposal and a confirmed clinical plan clear.

Your proposal should list the treatment scope, materials, expected appointments and quoted services. Ask about extra nights, companion costs, changes to flights, return visits and clinically necessary changes. Do not assume a hotel, flight or transfer is included simply because it appears in promotional material.

Discuss who will review you before departure and what documentation you will receive. Arrange time for those checks instead of booking your return journey around the shortest possible stay.

For longer treatment plans, ask how provisional teeth will be maintained between visits and who to contact if a temporary restoration becomes uncomfortable or loose.

AFTER YOU RETURN

Stay connected to your care.

Follow the instructions from your treating team and maintain routine care with a local dentist. Keep implant details, restoration information and relevant records available for future appointments.

Remote follow-up can help explain the next step, but some symptoms need an examination. Seek prompt local care if symptoms are severe or worsening; do not postpone urgent assessment while waiting for a remote reply.
