PATIENT EXPERIENCES

Patient experience
deserves context.

Use patient feedback alongside clinical information to prepare better questions about your care.

AN INFORMED CHOICE

What a review can tell you.

Published Hospitali reviews are not included in this version because an authenticated clinic review profile has not been supplied. We do not assign ratings or reproduce another clinic’s feedback.

When considering patient stories, look at the experience described: the clarity of the consultation, organization of appointments, communication during recovery and how questions were handled. These details can be more useful than a short rating alone.

READ WITH CARE

Three useful checks.

01

Source and date

Look for the original review platform and the date of the experience. Consider whether the review describes initial treatment or later follow-up.

02

Treatment context

An experience with whitening is not evidence of an implant outcome. Look for information relevant to the treatment you are considering.

03

Questions and resolution

Consider how the clinic communicates when a patient raises a concern. A balanced account may describe both strengths and difficulties.

YOUR OWN EXPERIENCE

Make room for your questions.

Ask about treatment stages, who will carry out the work, what is included in the proposal and how follow-up is organized. You should be able to discuss uncertainties before committing.

Clinical decisions depend on your assessment. A positive experience from another patient cannot promise that your treatment, recovery or result will be identical.
